Just picked up the second 'Kitty' novel by Carrie Vaughn at Wal-Mart. Enjoyed "Kitty and the Midnight Hour" so I hope I like this one whenever I get to it.
That "to read" pile grows a lot faster than the "finished" pile.

Me too, I have a "read pile" and a "DVD watching pile."

O.k., author Carrie Vaughn has a website at: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/CLVaughn/
The first book is titled "Kitty and the Midnight Hour" and the second book that comes out on July 1, 2006 is titled "Kitty Goes to Washington."

Um...don't tell her I already have a copy, then.

I wonder how Walmart got the copies early, as they aren't available until July 1 at amazon.com

Well....I can imagine whoever stocked the books didn't pay much attention to the sell dates.
Then again, pretty much everytime I've seen a "available in _insert month here_" announcement, I knew I'd be able to find them sometime during the month prior. Figure they're always dated a month ahead, kinda like comics and magazines.
Oh...and I just now got the email from the Carrie Vaughn list stating that Amazon had started shipping them.

I've read kitty goes to washington. It's good. I love it. She falls for a werejaguar! Oopsie did I just spoil the story. Don't worry many other things happen in the book. Oh since this is two years ago. I guess I can explain what happens. Thinking again. I can tell you that there is a site created by Carrie Vaughn herself (hopefully it is her), there you can read material of the first appearance of kitty. Enjoy! An enjoying read from Carrie Vaughn. What makes me angry is becuase the kitty and the midnight hour isn't in stock on kalahari.net. I was angry becuase they didn't send it with the other kitty book I got. But I'm glad that Carrie explained a bit of the past of the original book in kitty goes to washington. So I'm quite satisfied.

I just finished Kitty and the Silver Bullet. Took me ages to read it, but still a fun book. Very easy to get caught up in her characters, and I love the relationship between Kitty and Ben.

I bought them all. XD
And read them all voraciously. It's nice to find a werewolf book that's pretty new, and not the everyday horror story.

New one should be out any day now (heck, it might already be on shelves someplaces).

Kitty's House of Horrors is supposed to be out January of 2010.

Yep, so any day now. They usually actually come out a week or two before the date.
Edit 24 Dec: And I brought Kitty home with me yesterday!!
