Arrrooooo! I'm excited for the full blue moon! big_smile And I found an article on Yahoo about tonight's moon:

I guess our minds are gonna play tricks with us on this one! Really interesting though smile

Oh...the article mentions Venus and Saturn too.  Eh...I didn't think the Moon/Venus/Saturn combo a couple weeks ago was as spectacular as I hoped since Venus and Saturn were so far apart.  But when I looked out yesterday they were only about one moon diameter apart.  That Venus sure can move!

Re: Full Moon Comments...

lol *man in the moon rushes camera and screams:* "MINDFREEEEEAAAAAAK!!!!!"

I'm totally gonna look into this Venus and Saturn thing. I actually had a neat little CD-ROM called "Planetarium Gold" and it had dates for stuff like that, but it won't load onto my laptop sad I'm gonna go look outside tonight though! (I've been bad and haven't been outside since the day before yesterday or so.... shame on me) lol

Re: Full Moon Comments...

Full moon last night was pretty cool cool It was really clear outside and nice, so I sat in the driveway and looked at it and the stars that I could see (the light from the moon drowned them out a bit) and listened to the noises smile

And I went out at 1am and the moon looked kinda small.... Little too far away to be gettin' it on, lol!

Full moon is looking awfully-cool this month.  I saw a thin small cloud float by in front of it the otehr day when it was getting full, it looked very cool.

Re: Full Moon Comments...

Man...moon looked wicked tonight. Just past full, low and dark with a definite red tint. Was there a lunar eclipse no one told me about?

Re: Full Moon Comments...

The moon looked huge and light orange in color earlier tonight on the horizon, now it looks large and white up high in the sky, so cool.  Happy Harvest Moon!

Have to make a comment on the moon being the full wolf moon, so it was cool to see it!  Full moons rock!  It was a tad bit cold today though (to say the least), so ouchie!
