Re: Full Moon Comments...

Full moon looked cool last night in a dark black clear night sky (although it was very cold out).

Re: Full Moon Comments...

I saw the full moon very clearly this morning, in fact it even woke me up smile

But I liked better two days ago, when I was returning home at night, I looked up at the sky. It was cloudy, but just as I looked up, the moon was passing through a hole in the clouds, one of very few. It looked really pretty.

There was a gorgeous halo around the moon just the other night (not quite full) it was enormous too, just beautiful!! big_smile  I moved offices recently and against the norm, popped my computer up against the window, the full moon rises right in front of me now, it's amazing big_smile

Re: Full Moon Comments...

Yeah, and for a bonus, if you're in the Eastern US, there's a total lunar eclipse at sunset/moonrise Saturday.

Re: Full Moon Comments...

Right now it's clear and beautiful and the moon is right above my head at night, like at the right time. I really want to go out there and take photos of the moon from different angles. You know? For example, I want to take a picture of it through the branches of a tree. I want to make it spooky but at the same time, I want to make it feel comfortable and peaceful.

Or around today midnight if you're in the midde Europe.
I'll wait, but looking at the moves the clouds are doing, I won't put my hopes up.

Re: Full Moon Comments...

I didn't know there was supposed to be an eclipse last night, I don't think anybody at my school did.... I was doing sound for our performance at another school, and we were coming back from the cafeteria, and some kid starts freaking out and pointing at the sky....

it looked really weird, at first we're like... "it's supposed to be a full moon tonight, right?" as the shadow was first working its way across...

then it completely dissapeared for a second and turned orange...a bunch of people somehow didn't even know what a lunar eclipse was, so they were freaking out even more.
