Good though I liked Narmos's adventures better.
That is being worked on as well

That picture is good, I think it looks better than mine. No excuses! You've had how many years experience to my 6-12 months of improvised drawing?
If I count the "coyote-resembling wolf" as the starting point... Two and a half?

Ha! That is an interesting way to start out.

That was Narmos' s first appearance ?? He hasn't changed much.

Not the first, I was making the comic before (3/4 year approximately) in MSPaint (first 150 strips that aren't redone).
There, I was just bored and wondered if I could draw by hand, and if it would be similar to what I made digitally.
About a month later I started experimenting with GIMP.

And what you came up with looks great!

Ditto !

Done just yesterday
They say that when drawing a comic, it's good to draw some other pictures inbetween. So I did one with a slightly improved way of doing fur (I found a nice tutorial and applied some hints to my own way).
BTW, here is a version without the blanket. Please, forget about the nasty anatomy (unless you can say how to fix it), this is only about showing her fur off

So cute !!!

Awwwwwwww! I love that piccie - particularly the no blanket one. Awesome reference to your previous pic on the wall too

Very coll!

That's is a great picture, and the anatomy is great. I don't see what's so bad about it
I love the fur texturing! Awesome job, dude
Offline
Thanks. I like how the texture came out as well

It might be just me, but the left leg seems weird, and there's always the thought "I made the head bigger than it should have been again"...
Anyway, as soon as I can, I'll start on the december challenge. I have a usable idea.

The monthly art challenge for december
I really like snow. When there's enough of it I always take time to go wandering () out. I also have a weird fantasy, that I want to dig through a wall of snow higher than me (I actually saw one like that, but only once).
You can say it will pass after I have to clear the driveway or something like that, but even then I'll hate it only selectively .
Another picture, a little copy/paste buisness in this one. It's kinda personal, but I'm sure that some of you reading this know the feeling.

The first picture is cute
The second one is interesting but what is the bubble-like thing in the third bed?
Offline
Hee Great drawings!

Another unknown canid, represented by a stickwolf and a question mark
Offline
So for a while, I thought it was Narmos & Vulpina's unborn child since they are on the beds above.

Uhmm... I don't think I'll be going in that direction...
... ... Though I might be temped to... ... <.< ... Argh!
Anyway, all in that picture are actually representations of me, with the possibilities being:
-a wereolf
-a werefox
-an another-canidy-were
-just a human

Haha! Awesome pictures, Quint. I especially love the Christmasy one So beautiful
Offline
Oh I see now.
And for Narmos & Vulpina...
*Shrugs*
Why not? They make a great pair together whatever they want to admit it or not.

Loosely connected to the above picture...
New-year revelation
Therianthropically speaking, the last year I was pondering myself, and just now I accepted that I'm possibly more fox than wolf (though I still expect to come across/ realize something that will make me retink everything again, competely from the start).
As for the "in wolf's clothing" part, that has two reasons:
-symbolically, it's the constant possibility of me being wrong.
-the second is a sort of "backward compatibilitiy" to my older drawings.
...and I think I need to write shorter comments to pictures.

Oh that's a good picture, Quint.
Well, it does explain why you are so good with both Narmos & Vulpina's personalities despite that one is a werewolf and another is a werefox. You have a bit of both species in you.
Offline
Very cool Quint. I don't really think it matters if you are more wolf or more fox.
Offline
Yeah Quint we like you either way.

Thanks for the kind words
