I can see you changed your avatar even. Quint we'll always be excited to see your art regardless of if it's of wolves or foxes or foxes in wolves clothing.

I know the Café is not speciesist, I just think it's good to let you know smile
And more art is coming soon, I just need to think of something...

Re: Quint's quirks (Quint the Wanderer's artwork)

Preemptive strike

While this one is not exactly a part of it, it starts a four-picture series of how the characters in my webcomic react to my werefox revelation.

P.S.
Don't ask me how Vulpina got ahold of a flamethrower... I didn't have the courage to ask her.

Re: Quint's quirks (Quint the Wanderer's artwork)

Yay! Vulpina's back! I was wondering just how she, being a werefox herself, was going to react to your new fox form.

Nice to hear that, hope you won't be dissapointed.

Yup, that's why she'll get the next picture as well.

Re: Quint's quirks (Quint the Wanderer's artwork)

Good ! I still remember that series where she was being chased by that fox. That could be why she's making sure that Narmos don't do the same himself.

Maybe. (I really should have thought about the characters' personalities and realtions in more depth roll )

Re: Quint's quirks (Quint the Wanderer's artwork)

Well, the best way is put yourself in your character's shoes (or paws in this case) and ask yourself why are you acting this way?

If you're Vulpina... "Why I'm defensing myself from Narmos?"

If you're Narmos...."Why I still want to talk to Vulpina, no matter how tense she seem to be whenever I'm around her?"

I think I know what's going on (I had that idea for some time), but I still don't know where and how will it go.

Newest image
This picture has been accompanied by some doubts:
A) Is the original background good (-no, it wasn't, so I made a generic gradient instead)
B) What should the title be? (-I thought
- 1. "A waste of three hours"
- 2. "the key to agility (or atleast one of them)"
- 3. "Aerobics"
- 4. "Morning stretch (because of the background)"
- 5. "Stretching"
then I picked one as the filename and one to describe it on my site)
C) Is that my inner pervert showing? (-I fear so, fortunately I have no desire to go over the PG-13 rating)

I would pick "Stretch-exercising Werefox", Quint.

I started to stretch like that (again) when I joined karate! God, that hurts.

That could work... Mabye I'll rename it. Thanks, Blue!

Indeed. I had to try it myself, so I could better imagine how the final piece should look like.

Re: Quint's quirks (Quint the Wanderer's artwork)

1/2 hour quickie...
While designing my new website I thought I could make a picture for a link to the index page. Later I decided against it, as I thought it looked... what's the word... kooky? Not to mention I couldn't think of a usable text.
I still created one though
And for the curious ones, without my artificial wolf-like coverâ„¢,
right here.

Re: Quint's quirks (Quint the Wanderer's artwork)

Hmm... why not both of your werefox self and Narmos both sitting next to each other ?

Or have your werefox self sitting in front of a mirror with Narmos as the reflection ?

Nah, I'll be keeping it simple (mabye too simple?).
I'm happy to say I'm mostly done with the coding, just a few details are missing.
What I need to do now is to sniff out a new reliable hosting, move and upload, and decide what do do with my old sites.
