Last I heard, Mitch was going to get someone to redo and update the site, and assign a webmaster to it so that it can be updated regularly.

The news is all good and we'll let ya'll know soon as we can. these things take time and we have to make sure that we have it just right. Kinda like good Jambalaya. Get it right and the angels sing...Get it wrong...and there's the devil to pay! Anyway, the web site is being re-vamped as Bubba will be coming out froma new publisher and we're gonna be part of that and working to get their new line of books ready. Wait till ya'll see the folks they've lined up! So, just keep on keeping on....Before ya know it...it'lll all be ready and we're going to bring you more Bubba real soon!

Mitch and team BUBBA are planning on attending the upcoming FX Extravaganza and MegaCon conventions here in Orlando at the end of January and in mid February respectively.
The picture of Mitch is a reaction shot caught in the moment! Mitch has just found out that his good buddy, his "homeslice" Bill Tucci was in the building!!!

Just to let all who may be interested know, I will soon be starting up a comics contest on my site at SURFACE ART STUDIOS. It will be for a limited time and if your a somewhat knowledgeable comics fan you should do well, details will be provided on the contest and the grand prize is an original pen and ink rendering of any character of the winners choosing.
The contest is for all ages and is basically a character recognition contest where I will provide a small part of a character and from that, you have to guess what character it is. There will be a set of these "peeks" and the winner will be randomly chosen from a pool of winning entries.
Stay tuned for further details on this contest and more from the SURFACE ART STUDIOS/www.surfaceartstudios.com.

I'm currently working on a couple of independents that are due out later in the year ("Illegal Immigrants" & "Super-7": check my website for details/ www.surfaceartstudios.com).
