Okie, dokie. It should be fully completed in a few days - not weeks, I promise

I tink a picture of the big wolfers running through the forest with a red moon in the backround and the trees being all shady kinda with the wolfs eyes being more prominant showing the beauty instead of pain. I love seeing pics thats how beauty in something like werewolfism instead of pain, but that pic was really well done Punx, as expected from someone such as yourself.

That sounds like a great Idea. I'll get reference from actual wolves...or did you want them more werewolf-like?
I'm thinking I should do it in painting. That may turn out better and I'll see what I can do. It may take a bit longer if acrylic paint is the medium you desire and that applies with anyone else who may want me to draw/paint a picture.
And MIX, you've officially made me Blush. It ain't easy, but you did it!

Anyways, here's the pic, blood, as promised. HOWEVER, this is just the bare bones of the picture - merely the outline.
I got all of the anatomy and I want you to let me know whether you want something changed...anything at all. My feelings will not be hurt, trust me.
What kind of background do you want?
Is the pose as you wanted?
I will start colouring and shading it soon.
Jeepers ! That poor werewolf!

Oh..I wasn't expecting it to turn out as a work, but allright. I myself have been wanting to paint that idea onto paper for years but sadly ever since my dad made me become right handed when I was a wee little dork, I havnt been able to draw. Thanks Punx! And perhaps werewolf.

Wow, punx, your stuff is amazing. Even what you can do with a simple outline is really good

How do i make someone like you blush? i thought you would be used to it by now. I mean with you doing such fantastic artwork and looking like you do in real life. I thought you would have been kissed by now. I know i would jump to the challenge.

Why laugh when it is true? unless you think i am being funny and wish to not even think about my statement truthfuly and just wish to laugh it off and keep your negative out look on the situation. But i really see you as a beautiful person punx.

Alright, Blood. I'm nearly completed the picture. Only the sky needs to be done, so I'll have it up by tonight.

I apologize for the double posts.
Here it is finished. I am verrrry unimpressed with it. Horribly unimpressed I wouldn't be hurt if you don't use it. The coloring was very, very hard and I didn't have the right pencils.
Still, here it is as promised.

Ish nice, do not be so harsh on yourself.

Are you kidding?? Why would you not like it? That grassy hilltop in the background is exceptionally good

It's a very good piece punx. Why are you unimpressed with it?

I dunno. I guess I just expect too much from myself and wanted to make it look more realistic.
But thank you all for the encouragment. It makes me feel much better

I hope you don't mind a friendly critique of your drawing above...
I like the overall composition and especially the wolf. Its nicely drawn and the anatomy is pretty much spot on. I would refine the claws a bit and also turn the tail back more so its not on the side instead of the top...if that makes sense.
As for the colouring/shading, you seem to be afflicted with the same problem I had years ago...being afraid of using black...there's no contrast between the wolf's fur and the trees in the background. Remember, shadows and shading are your friend....Don't hold back even if you think you should. One trick is to buy a pack of transparency sheets and a dry erase marker and practice some black shading over the pencilled image...I've found this to be very helpful now and again without messing up your original...I hope this helps...Keep doodling !

Excellent job on this one
I don't see why you'd be unhappy with this one, you did an excellent job on the fur and musculature...
but if nitpicking is the thing, I'd go with Tap_Legion on the shading...there needs to be more contrast. ALSO, this is a rather tiny detail, but the blood doesn't look as if it's flowing completely straight down, some of the drips seem to curve a bit...but I'm not sure if that's because they're hitting the rock beneath him.

Thanks for the critique. I really needed it and I will reeeally try. With this helpful information, I hope to draw better. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!
And Busboy, you've flattered me!

Just a portriat I drew for someone on another site. I didn't fuss alot with it, so there are some things I know I can change to make it look like the actual photograph, but I'm too lazy...and too busy - if that makes any sense.
