Very, it's easier to see the textures in the drawing.  With all of these great artists here, I should try my paws at drawing.

You should!!  And yes there are  many great artists here with a wonderful variety of styles, I think the art forum is my favorite. I think there should be a challenge topic in t his forum.

I used to belong to a charicaturist group and we would have a challenge every month... I enjoyed myself quite a lot with that. What do you think?"

Re: DEWEY'S ART of QUESTIONABLE TASTE

Wolfsongsx, I don't find that topic yet.... what did you call it?  A good title would be The Monthly Werewolf Art Challenge.  Then in the first week of the month you give them a challenge...like...oh....A werewolf at a dance competition.  Or illustrate this sentence "What I saw was shocking beyond belief" you can mix and match, let folks suggest themes. The deadline for each callenge should be the last day of the month.  Maybe an initial post to introduce the rules.

Sorry, I made a topic for my attempt at art.  I can make up one for a monthly challenge if you like.  I like the idea.  Though I don't think I'm good enough to meet the challenge though.  I'll come up with stuff for it and post it tonigh.  If anyone has suggestion for it, I'm all ears.  smile
