Dewey was off for a few days getting new pain meds for the knee that had surgery...I'm back now.

I love the picture Dewey.  You work in a call center too?  I know my job is tech support but for the amount I get paid it's really a call center job.  Thou I'm not complaining about the pay at all wink

Ditto here.  May I ask what call center you are in?  I know my company has a call center in Tennessee. Wouldn't it be a riot if we worked for the same compnay only under a different Billing system?
