Well, I'm not sure how you can become one...all I know is that I was born a werewolf, its in my blood, and its one of the reasons why my family left Scotland.

Welcome to the café, donpablo!
How 'bout having a gander over to the Forum Member's Personal Forums and making your own personal forum (introduction thread) so we can all welcome you, eh?
So, when you say wolves, do you mean werewolves? Because if so, I fall just short of the mark, haha. I'm the resident weredog, if you were wondering
yeah alright. i like both, one you can stay as a wolf forever and the other is just a mixture of both man and beast.

Thanks to Bubba, I have been bitten by a bad case of werewolf fever so here am I.
Actually, I always felt like a wolf trapped in a human body and wolves are my favorite animals. From there, it was easy to jump from there to werewolves.
really? who do u prefer 2 fight opposition?

And wow, BlueEyes must be some amazing philosopher: page 21, and we're still quoting what he said on the first.

What do you mean by that? "Opposition"? "Fight"? What are you talking about?

Ah, a scottish werewolf, interesting. I probably got it from my dad's side, no, it's on both sides for me, long story. Not in the mood to explain.

It has always been in me I guess but about 3ish years ago I went through some emotional hardships and my werewolfness manifested or something like that^-^

born and bred, but i didnt figure it out till 6 years ago

ah, well, i had an idea that i was different, from about 4 years ago, but didnt truely understand, and accept that part until about a year ago. i was born a werewolf, or wolf therian. not only do i love wolves, but a feel a true connection with them. also, i tend to think more like a wolf, than a human.

Do you (anyone here) think it is possible to be a were-carnivorous-animal (wolf, cat, whatever) and a vegetarian?
Offline
Well, since I'm a Werewolf who interacts with other Werewolves offline, and some of my close friends who are Werewolves are vegetarians, I'd say yes. Werewolves, like other people have the option of personal choice and are able to modify their own behavior to comply with certain internal, ethical rules. I would not say that Wolves lack this kind of self determinism; I certainly would not withhold it from Werewolves.

Well, I do not eat a lot of meat myself, i dont even eat pork, and I'm a werewolf.
it has a lot to do with personal preferences. i think that WolfVanZandt has a very good point.

Hmm...first, you'd profit by reading the other threads in the What is a Werewolf, Miscellaneous, and Therianthropy sections.

I would have to say born into being a werewolf. I am just now learning things though that help me understand the situation more for myself, such as Therians and such.

I'm a werewolf. I was born one. I have the sharp teeth and everything. Even my friends are scared of me biting their neck off lol
Offline
But I'm still not sure on how to control some werewolf things. Please give me tips.

First thing is to stop trying. It's a sorta "zen" thing.
Actually the human brain is pretty well adapted to doing what it needs to do and doesn't need forcing. When you started forcing it to do things, it tends to rebel. The Nike commercial, "Just do it," has a lot of wisdom in it.
Offline
Huh? I don't get it. What's the "zen" thing?
Offline
Zen is a spiritual path connected with Buddhism which teaches nonresistance and passive living (an oversimplification, if you want to look further go ahead).

To quote a great guru....."It don't mean a thin, if it ain't got that zen. (dowah dowah dowah)"
Or to be more serious (but not mawkishly so), to stop trying is the Zen thing.
