My answer to the main question is.

Well, do you ever get the feeling to just howl and if you do it sounds real, or maybe you find yourself wanting to run wild in the wilderness and taste that warm blood. Well, if you feel that, then you're simply born to be a predator, weather other people think it's strange or not. They eat meat don't they? And someone kills the animal to get the meat so why is walking with the wolf so outlandish? It's the natural instinct of all predators, eat to survive but enjoy the hunt. So why don't people start to accept that, and if they can't, then we always have our pack to look to.

A Werewolf should want to be a Werewolf because that's what he/she is and it's an honorable thing but it's not the only thing. People are best when the actualize what they are. When they try to be something else, they are wasting their potential.

I'm not saying that a person shouldn't want to and try to be a doctor - that's not anything essential to them - I'm talking about essence.

I have a lot of things to say regarding everything about real werewolves that I dunno if anyone could answer.
I am a semi-believer in real werewolves; I believe in specific things but not all of them. There's a lot of real werewolves on this forum, yet all of you seem to have different ways. Some are mental, some physically shape-shift. Why is this the only place I've ever heard of real werewolves before. If you physically shape-shift, why don't I see pictures? Sorry, but it seems hard to believe. I can understand your mental nature to be a predator, even I, who truthfully avoids in every way to kill even a mosquito, gets the instincts to run into the woods and tear apart things just because I could. I dunno if anyone could do the favor and talk to me about all of it, but I'm very interested in understanding how it all works. In regards to the question of why anyone would want to become a real werewolf, I guess I could start by quoting the Werewolf: The Apocalypse in saying "A werewolf is everything we fear in nature, and everything we want to be." When someone wants to be a werewolf, it's because we're boring with our every-day lives. In my case, I'm "just another human" and if I'm just another guy driving his car, or quote from pink floid, "another brick in the wall" nothing is interesting, and I feel no importance to my existance. If I were one who could change shape, to be stronger, faster, smarter, and all around become super human, yet still human in a way, it's just something of human nature to want to become a predator, to advance in the food chain. It's all natural. Animals kill to survive - thus advancing in nature's ladder. A werewolf is basically the higest anyone can get, but being human is just a step lower. If I could be a werewolf, I would, because I would stand out, I would be interesting, I could allow my body to fully emerse itself in it's instincts. Yes, it is a curse, but having a curse is a lot more interesting than someone who's just another guy.

Joey, y'got a point, but even Werewolves go bald and then it's doubly embarrassing!

I'm not saying that people can't physically shift. Saying that I'm skeptical doesn't mean that I dismiss it completely. There are people who I consider credible people who have said that they have p-shifted. the problem is that what they describe isn't necessarily p-shifting.

I'm very open to believing it.....if I see it.
