My favorite werewolf was in Van Helsing, I don't know how they did it, but for a werewolf, he was the sexiest thing on four paws I've ever seen! lol Though my favorite portayal of werewolves was in Blood and Chocolate (the book) and in the Twlight series.

You know, right after I saw it I thought the Van Helsing werewolf was the best as well. But, I've seen it a few more times and got to wondering about the antennae earts, the really narrow face, and ... the wall climbing, and reconsidered.
Loved the Blood and Chocolate werewolves actually I've got no problem with sparkly rainbow transformations! I'm a smiley gal at heart!
But.. sexiest, favorite? Think I'm going back to the Howling
AWIL was awesome, but I prefer the ones that stand up. Dog Soldiers is probably a close second - sleek, simple, gorgeous wolf head. Silver Bullet werewolf - bulky, too broad a head, goofy looking. Bad Moon - like the white werewolf treatment, quite rare, but jaw opened waaay too far and eyes were kinda dead. Ginger Snaps - misshapen. AWIP - what.the.hell. and the knees don't snap back ya idjits!! Underworld I & II - oh look! WereGorillas that climb walls! Except for WILLIAM - he was pretty sweet looking. Werewolf TV Show - since Rick Baker had a hand in it, they're not bad, just would have been nice if they could have closed their mouths! Dark Wolf - [insert frantic laughter here]. Cursed - look out! It's a Care Bear gone bad! The Wolfman - classic. My dad told me it scared the crap out of him when it was first released. Not interested in the 'excuse me, I have to go comb my face now' look. Full Eclipse [insert more frantic laughter here]. Wolf - Jack Nicholson makes a great wolfmanish werewolf.
Not a bad look, particularly as he started looking more like wolverine in the end. Teen Wolf - the shorter offspring of Bigfoot and Cousin It doesn't do it for me. The Romansata flick that I've forgotten the name of - interesting transformation, looked pretty much like a wolf.
So, yeah. Howling ftw.

Ginger before her final transformation was sexy in a disturbing way.
Victoria Sanchez as Wolfgirl was sexy (okay a little cheating here).
Also Susan Blakely in 'My mom's a werewolf' before final transformation and cheap FX struck hard. :p

Though I haven't seen alot of werewolf movies, I agree with Daninsky, Ginger before her final transformation.
Also, I thought Gabriel(Van Helsing) from Van Helsing was a great transformation sequence. (Undesputidly this is my favourite werewolf)
Another great one was the Werewolf from 'Doctor Who' in the episode named 'Tooth and Claw' It's the second best TF sequence to Van Helsing and by far my favourite werewolf-themed anything! I'm going to watch it again tonight.
The Howling. It was great special effects for its time.
Haha! WereGorillas - Montana, good one

Oh der - the werewolf from Doctor Who - I totally forgot He's before Dog Soldiers, but still think Howling is ahead.

Yep, I really liked the ww's in The Howling too. But if you talk about sexy, it must be Ginger when she first sprouted her tail. That was sooooo cute!

Then she tried to hack it off!! Not cute not cute!!!

Yeah, I forgot about that. That was...disturbing, especially the way they made it squirm in her hand. I think a tail wouldn't be such a bad idea - not so great to get caught in the door, though

Is that Noble ?

I think there'd be a lot less misunderstandings if people had a tail to show how they feel...
Offline
I think it would be better if they knew how to determine feelings from a tail too.

Anybody ever wag their foot like a tail? I wonder if its some kind of vestigial habit - I mean we had some kind of ancestor with a tail.
Oh yeah, in regards to the picture: it's Noble. It's too bad he wasn't more of a regular character on that show.

Ahhh, yes Fang87. Perhaps, I could have swore I seen a show saying that humans had fins in the womb. So if fins, then maybe tails.

Mmm. Vanhelsing had an awesome werewolf, but for me...Hugh Jackman immediately strikes a chord in my heart. Other than that though, who could forget Big Wolf on Campus? Always thought the little quirks and what-not were fun.

Lol I need to see these other werewolf movies! I heard that the wolves fron Ginger Snaps could breaks the wolves from Blood an Chocolate with their pinkies, but don't ge me wrong I'm a fan of B&C. I've always wanted to see dog soldiers, but it's always sold out at blockbuster...oy, anyway...
I saw this show where these scientists were trying to turn a chicken into a dinosuar. They showed that while in the egg, a chick has more vertibrae than it does when it hatches. So the scientist put a little stone bewteen the extra vertibrae so they would stay there and before you know it the chick had a tail! The vertibrae continued growing like normal. So maybe if someone decided to do that to a human we'd have freaky bald tails lol. I read in this old rp called Cyberpunk or Shadow...ehh something and in it, people could get robotic arms attached to thier tail bone and add fur or scales or whatever. Who knows, maybe someday tail implants will be as normal as breast implants lol.

Excuse me, guys, but you're going off topic.
*Pulls the forum back to Sexiest/ Favorite Werewolf topic*
Yeah, I liked Hugh Jackman as a Werewolf in the climax of Van Helsing

I'm so close to make a dirty joke from that.
Personally I found the Van Helsing Wer to be a little to much on the fluffy side at times, but, yeah, that final shot was well executed and one of the few highlights of the movie.

The "Uratha" of Werewolf: The Forsaken are my favorites.
Gauru form, huge, muscular, with equally huge fangs and claws. All this coupled with a blinding furious rage. You do not piss off a Uratha. Hiding will not save you - he will tear through the wall like it never existed, and running is an exercise in futility. And in the more rational if less dangerous 'Dalu' form a sort of bestial beauty is present.
Were I limited to just movie/TV protrayals, though, I'd say either Blood and Chocolate for pure-wolf werewolves are always awesome, or Dog Soldier's lithe, sleek killing-machines that not only looked like wolves but acted in a pack and were very clever.
