Just some random poems for now, tell me what you think, constructive criticism is welcomed

Maw raised high, my song drifts into darkness
Cut only by shining orbs, one large is Diana’s likeness
The sphere full and heavy illuminates my lands
Beside me my family stands
They take up my call

Changeover

Moon round and full
A snap in my skull
Flames lick my form
Mind taken by storm
Bones shatter and shift
Nails sharpen to rip
Tooth elongates
Vertebrate shakes
Eyes yellowed and focused
Black pads I have noticed
Mouth now a muzzle
Throat huge used to guzzle
A tail now appears
Pointed sensitive ears
Fire turns to fur
A growl starts to stir
I come out of the haze
My mind not a maze
Senses sharp and strong
This is where I belong
