Well, the X-Men original cover was like that too. The idea then was the original X-Men (in the blue) were being pushed to the side by the NEW X-Men. Here, because I draw Confused, Strawberry and myself as X-Men in the first picture and now in the second picture, Figarou, Zage and you are taking over the cover, leaving us in the "blue".
