Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

I already kinda have one(comic), but it's kinda laying dormant, collecting dust. I tried to resurrect it not too long ago(maybe a month ago), but I didn't have the drive to keep going with it, because I was trying to transfer it onto a bigger media(from a small drawing book, to 9x11), and it's very tedious...thing is, I'm ALWAYS thinking about it! Everyday I think of things i could alter or add to it, but it kinda wastes away. Makes me sad sometimes.

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

Here is another one...this one took me really long to finish(about a week's worth of math classes, at 48 minutes each).

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

Thank you. I think I'm going to give it a little bit of the Photoshop treatment, for perspective issues.

Bloodfang85, have you ever thought of doing a comic?  That's just amazing!  That shading is unbelieveable!  So cool!

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

Bloodfang, those are incredible pictures! Truly awesome artwork, especially that "unfinished" one you mentioned earlier. I've said it to you before and I'll say it to you again, I want you to do the artwork for my novel! Your style of werewolves are just what I envisioned my characters to be like. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

I'm like that, too, Bloodfang, so you're not alone really. I have ideas, but then it gets stuck and it needs more juice to keep it going until the next round.

Bloodfang, why he is covering his ears like that? Did someone slammed him into the wall behind him?

Maybe something to do with the broken wall in back?

Bloodfang85, do you think you'll ever be in a convention at all exhibiting any of your artwork?

Actually, the name of the picture is "Mind Shatter," so it is supposed to be kind of a metaphoric kinda thing. It's also why he's holding his head, like something is driving him mad.

That forest one is OK but this most recent one here is excellent.

Yeah, but keep in mind the dates that the pictures were drawn. I think the forest one was drawn in 2000 or 2001, and Mind Shatter was drawn in 2003. I'm always learning new things, but you'll always be able to tell that its my art.

And thank you for the comments. I appreciate them a lot.

I don't know about that. I don't think I'm good enough to be in one of those yet.

Re: Bloodfang's Art Shack.

It's interesting to me to follow the development of artistic styles over time. There have been some really amateurish artists taht have developed into impressive craftsmen - just look at early issues of Cerebus and compare them to later issues.
