A new SyFy original movie: http://tvbythenumbers.com/2010/03/08/ne … hood/44196
"In the action-packed "Red", Red brings her fiancé home, where he meets the family and learns about their business – hunting werewolves. He’s skeptical until bitten by a werewolf. When her family insists he must be killed, Red tries saving him."

Sounds good to me.
Until I read the whole "syfy original movie" thing.

I though you were talking about Krzysztof Kieślowski trilogy xD.... sorry, just joking. It's nice to see some new werewolf projects in the future.

You know, perhaps it's like a werewolf-vampire or something like that xD... power to the imagination!!! (or a cocktail of your everyday monsters...)

Plus, what the gently caress, it's during the day.

That article says nothing about vampires. Werewolf-hunters. Not monster-hunters.
But really, what can I expect from "SyFy"

After "War Wolves" I don't think my expectations can GET any lower!

Just watch. It'll probably turn into vampire hunters instead of werewolf hunters.

A new trailer has dropped . . . and most of the werewolf footage is stolen from "The Howling"!
Does Siffy think no one will notice they're padding out their usual crap CGI with swiped shots of Rob Bottin's excellent animatronics?

You are right, there are at least three scenes from The Howling... and the rest of werewolf footage looks extremely crappy, as usually, I must say.

Silver making werewolves kersplode into fire (Which seems to be what's happening here) isn't exactly a new concept, but it did originate with Blade. In which vampires exploded into sparks.
All and all, it looks like typical Syfy Original garbage, it might prove entertaining in any case.

I'll watch any werewolf movie at least once, so I'll probably watch this as well. I'm masochistic that way. Couldn't be worse than Dark Wolf or War Wolves!

New trailer up . . . at least this one isn't ripping off footage from the Howling.

The werewolf designs don't look all that bad, but unfortunately they're composed of cheap CGI. Typical of Syfy's budget.

An interview with the lead actress, and they're STILL using footage from "The Howling" in the trailer. Sheesh.

The first conclusion about script writers: "If it is supernatural, it will explode and turn into ashes when it'll die."
