Ahhhh yes, time to take a look at your DVD collection and name off, or post some photos of all your werewolf related films. Also, why not have a little fun and list some of the films you are currently hoping to obtain to add to your werewolf collection.
Yes I know, this is kinda obligatory and probably been done many times over, but I am bored, and curious. Plus, seeing other peoples' collections helps to find other werewolfy films not everyone knows about to add to our ever expanding wish lists.
Go ahead and list your DVDs, VHS tapes, Laser Disks, and even downloads. After that, if you want, go ahead and list what your wish list is of titles you do not yet own. If you wanna make it really fun, put a rating next to each title you have seen, 1=bad 5=awesome so those of us who have not seen the films you are listing can get another werewolf fans perspective. :3
Sorry if this is so cliche for a forum, but like I said, I am bored, and need to add to my current shopping list.

I just wanted to ask a quick question.... is "Project Metalbeast" a good movie? I saw some of it on Scifi like six years ago and thought it was really cool, but I only saw like 15 min of it all!!! I loved what I saw, especially the werewolf in the first bit, that was awesome! All right, so yeah, I haven't been able to find it since...

In my opinion, it is very good. Government wants to use werewolves as weapons. Weapon is perfected. Weapon escapes and kills people. lol The plot is not perfect, but its good in my opinion and the monster effects were awesome being this was a low budget production. All in all I think they did a great job. I hate most of the movies features on Sci-Fi, so it was nice when I saw this film so many years ago and didn't have to change the channel. I would for sure suggest getting it. You will not be disappointed. The only downfall is this is not a commonly seen VHS and some sellers on Ebay can be assholes and list the VHS tapes for outrageous prices. There is currently one auctioning right meow for $8.99 I believe. Its worth I would say no more than $25.
I had it on DVD before, a fan made version, but I have no clue where it wondered off to....

What lil' Wolfen said, it's a enjoyable little flick. Cheap but entertaining.
Not sure if I would pay more than round $10 for it, but then again I did get it rather cheap together with Lone Wolf and Monster Dog from eBay.
Which reminds me, forgot one on my wishlist which I only saw once so far for an outrageous price:
Werewolves on Wheels

Thanks, I can find it somewhere on the internet, I just didn't know it actually existed anymore...... it sucks that some of the greatest movies (no matter how violent or gory, sorta like this one....) are much better than "most" Hollywood crap! I've seen foreign horror movies that are extremely gory, and by almost all reviewers it's the best gently caressing horror movie out there ("High Tension"... by the guy who did "The Decent"). Actually, I've never seen "High Tension".... only a few clips (which were the goriest things I have ever seen.... heart wrenching it is...)
Well that's enough for this rant... actually let me rephrase: low budget and foreign horror are much better than what Hollywood has been spewing out lately!
Offline
Um...Guy who did "The Descent" was Neil Marshall (whom you may know from "Dog Soldiers").
"High Tension" was Alexandre Aja, whose "Piranha 3D" looks to be a blast of fun.
Offline
WHOOPS!!!!! I forgot about that, sorry.... well, I should have put "The Hills Have Eyes" remake instead... I know he did that one!

I turn 36 at the end of the month It came out just about the time I started really getting into horror movies. At that point I'd only seen the, ah, neutered version of Howling and AmWolf on TV so the lack of gore didn't make it any less enjoyable for me.

Ahh.... Kibakichi, I saw a fight clip on YouTube from that movie and laughed! You call that a fight?! They were just two hairy people slapping each other in the faces, along with some weird dance and music, which actually kind of freaked me out... I mean seriously, most foreign chicks are hardcore ("High Tension"), and then a female werewolf samurai starts b**** slapping another furry person... I guess it's hardcore in a little sense, those were some hard slaps...
"I'm just gonna give up and die now because my cheeks hurt like hell! Cut your nails b****!"
I am a young'un as Viergacht says, so yeah... not sure that has much point... except maybe I'm disrespecting a classic... If I am, tell me... and I'm sorry in advance.

Okay...had time to paw thru my CD/DVD stack of werewolf related stuff so here's most of that. The were-related episodes of TV series I tried to get the episode name beside the series title. I know there's probably more mixed in with other stuff and I haven't dug out my VHS tapes yet.
And yeah...sometimes my idea of "were-related" might not be the same as yours. I know that.

Ahhh, ok. lol You had me curious. :3
Omg Piranha 3D.... I like the original and am sure the new one will not have a good plot, but schooling evil fishies are just awesome. Even if they aren't werewolves... lol Now..... werefishies! ^.^
ArcLight you have a seriously impressive collection of various werewolf related stuff. Any chance you will post photos? I am very envious.
I wish I could find The Howling 7 New Moon Rising on DVD. I thought I saw it before, but I've been watching Ebay for it for years and still nothing. I think I am just going crazy. I need to invest is the equipment and software needed to rip VHS tape movies and burn them into fan made DVDs.
I saw Monster Dog somewhere... Was that any good? I don't think it was a werewolf movie, was it? But I seen the box art before and I love killer dog movies. I wish there was a were-Cujo. At least I got to see weredogs in Cursed and Bad Moon. Still, I am surprised there has not been more in regards to it.

Monster Dog is Bad with a capital B, but it's one I saw as a teenager and so it has gained some nostalgic worth for me.
Stars Alice Cooper as a Rockstar under the curse of the werewolf, and the movie makes even the two songs he performs sound bad. *hah*
So, not really worth tracking down unless your are absolutely into the eigthies or a die hard Cooper fan.
Offline
Ohhh, so it is a werewolf related film? I was never really sure. I will have to get it if I can find it cheap, just for the sake of having everything I can find related to werewolves. lol Plus I love Alice Cooper! Feed My Frankenstein was my favorite song by him. hehe

Eclipse is the only movie I want to buy. <dodging tomatoes and paper and eggs>
sorry no new good werewolf movies coming out yet <applause>

I don't blame you for wanting it. I do too. If you are gonna own a Twilight film, or book, they say this is the one that will outshine the rest. I would go see it, but I don't want to contribute my money to some stupid franchise when I can view it online for free. lol

I wasn't going to do the picture thing because...well....figured it'd be a pain in the rump to get stuff together. Then the weather decided to be lousy most of the day and since I didn't want to have the TV or computer on I figured I had the time.
Here's a goodly portion of my DVDs:

Well....sometimes my definition of 'werewolf related' can be a little broad. Feel free to ask about anything in particular and why I included it.
