Mad Mab's poetry

This is the prologue for a book I'm writing called "Steelwolves":

"A moon so full shines so bright with intensity, bringing about bouts of sheer lunacy.
With it comes howls to chill thine blood, just as feet art chilled by running in dark mud.
Upon trees art ardourned strange marks, it is already to late if thou hear menacing barks.
Pray yee and pray yee well, for upon the earth they doth walk...the very hounds of hell.

They come like mad twisted whispers in the dark
They growl, snarl and bark
When the moon glows and angry red
the hearts of mortals fill with dred
Our blood shall spill
for soon they will eat of man's flesh, and thus shall have their fill"
