When your life turns a 180.
I started dream-shifting when I was 14 years ago, which was weird because back then I was terrified of werewolves or wolf-creatures. Then after years for dream shifting, I developed an affinity for wolves, then the mental shifts showed up. After a decade, I was looking for werewolf artwork online, then I discovered the term Therianthropy. Then in '07 I was taking a shower then I suddenly fell on all fours, snarling and snapping at the water. It took me a few minutes to snap back into humanity.
What are your opinions on this matter?

well if i was a stupid not knowing anything human i would call you crazy....
but im not but that is really interesting? well maybe your going through a change that you certainly don't know about.. thats what i think but i think other people might have maybe better opinions on it then what i do... any history that might lead to this certain thing maybe?

Not a clue. I have Native American and German ancestry, not sure that has to with anything above. Wish I knew what tribe I descended from though.

I'd rather not mention anything therianthropy related for fear of psychiatric therapy. As for the ancestry thing, they do not know either. They do know I dabble in new age stuff though.

well yea i wouldn't go to my parents for the same reason..haha they already think im weird don't want to make it any weirder... but maybe your cousins, grandpa? i don't know... at least try to research some stuff that you do know about it... if not well ill try to make some use of my knowledge.. hopefully..

The mental shifts are less frequent, but I can sometimes activate it by will. Dream shifts still happen often.

No, I don't trust any of my family about this matter. If I could find an ancestry website that doesn't charge you, I might start looking there. It's not really that big of a deal to me, just was curious.

He's also a shifter. I never shifted out of anger, only when I feel some strange vibes or have an emotional spike. Even then, it's pretty tame. It was a fun week though. Video games tend to kill the shifting mood for me, and I was balls deep in Final Fantasy VI Advance on my homebrew wii for that week.
