Becoming Human
The creator of the original "Being Human" has a webseries about a vampire, a werewolf and a ghost - in high school! Yes, he's made fanfic of his own work. A bit of a twist, in this show the teen wolf is female and the ghost is male. First episode: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cz1rjjTki-w

It's not bad - I mean, the child actors aren't as convincing as the adults, I guess, and the episodes only seem to be 12 minutes long, but it retains some of the charm of the original series. I'm interested to see where they go with it.
