Wow, holy cow, the director of the third Underworld movie is a judge on the show. It's a show about makeup artists that make cool movie masks and costumes and makeups and it's too cool. I'm thinking of going to makeup school or something.
Anyway I'm not sure but I think there was a contestant that made a werewofl costume or will make one. I have to rewatch the first episode when it marathons...

Yeah I enjoyed it...
I liked the one challenge where they had to camo paint a model into a background pic. They guest judge on that one was Filippo Ioco.

Check out his site...go under portfolio and just browse everything......it's beautiful stuff.

Yeah, I really enjoy watching the creative process, tolerate the bickering, and hate the blunt critique. Fantastic work so far though. Really talented group of folks
Still don't understand why they were so against the shark/lawyer dude. The guy looked amazing before he jumped in the water.

Yeah, the blunt critique is very commercial. (You see how they copy American Idol somewhat). The fin doesn't attach to the head (which is what the two dudes did), which is a creative thing. Werewolves don't look like rats, but that's what's going on in Being Human so that's a silly critique, but the two dudes didn't say "We were being creative and in OUR WORLD a shark lawyer looks like...."
Personally I wasn't so impressed with the shark dude. Then, they got onto them b/c the clothes weren't pinned down (but you'd have to know that with experimentation and past experience, which they didn't have.Besides, if it were real life, the wardrobe department would have been in charge of that).
I wanted the turtle guy to win, but it was baddddddd

Okay no one posted. The werewolf from the American version of Being Human was on it and the task was to create a victim of a werewolf attack (scratch, bite, killed by it, etc). One of the contestants added hair to show the victim was turning into a werewolf. It was pretty cool!
My only critique is I wish they'd add more to the final part where they nix a contestant. I'm alwasys confused on what the dieciding factor was on why a contestant was kicked off. (Well, specifically when two contestants in my opinion are tied as far as being on the bottom).
I wanted to see more of Nix, but oh well, that bright green on the turtle's back wasn't gonna work.
