Oh, and people have mentioned Morrowind.

It's (rather old and rare) predecessor, Daggerfall, enables the player to turn into a werewolf as well. Due to the game's nature, though, you're constantly in first person. There's a whole lot about Lycanthropy in TES II: Daggerfall right here, too. And a video where a DF player does a quest and uses his lycanthropy to kill some foes.

This big guy beat the crap outta me the first time I got to that part, cause I didn't realize that he was (cooly)INDESTRUCTABLE!


Anyway, not that he's really a werewolf, but Link in Zelda's Twilight Princess can turn into a pretty cool looking wolf.

It was soo painful to play though. 

Then there's Sims 2 with the Pets expansion.  If the rabid dark wolf bites your sim.. your sim will turn into a werewolf every night and then he'll be able to "ravage" other sims and do the same to them.  I found it kind of cute.  The only issue was if you have the nightlife expansion for the Sims and if one of the Vampire Sims bites the werewolf sim.. it causes a bit of an issue and the game crashes every now and again ..

The upcoming game for Wii, 'Sadness', seems to have werewolves in it, though I'm not sure if they're good or bad.

And he's not the only werewolf I've seen that transforms after seeing a round object.
Dora Nikov from the Doraemon comics is another one. Maybe it's a Japanese-werewolf thing.

What if you looked in a mirror and saw your pupil? *begins thinking of everything that's round....* That's a lot of stuff! It's a dangerous world if you transform everytime you see something round!

I don't think you have mentioned Cornell from one of the N64 Castlevania games, also there are several characters in Final Fantasy V, Kevin from Seiken Densetsu 3, Tinek from Star Ocean, you can wear a werewolf costume in Bully, Volk from Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits, The Balverines from Fable, the Werewolf village in Golden Sun 2 and Bo from Breath of Fire.

Werewolves make an appearance in Dragon Age: Origins as part of an important storyline. However, the modelling and animation jobs were poorly done, as was the voice acting.
