When I close my eyes on this very night,
I drift off to dream.
Thinking of the wonderful things,
I open my eyes to see your face.

Covered in a blanket of white,
seeing the trees held up high
your true form shows
with respect,
why I adore you with happiness.

Some may say you're evil, but I can not,
for looks don't mean anything in the eyes of love.
Some try to hurt you, but how can I,
when you are now the air I breath, and I can not deny.

You are beautiful in many ways,
with gorgeous silver fur,
and eyes that shine like the night.
With a body built for speed, strength, and a caring mind.

I run with you with my tender paws,
with my tail behind.
loving each and every minute I spend with you.

And as we go to sleep,
with love in each of our eyes,
we curl up close to leave the cold behind.

And as I wake to my other life,
Knowing it has became reality,
I can't help but think
about going back to bed tonight.
