O.O Caps overload!

No chicken or veggie porn involved, just a general ripping and tearing.

I like crispy chicken skin! smile

I don't think I'd be able to eat horses or raccoons, as that wouldn't feel right. (Though, I do eat alligator, which is kind of like a dragon, so you never know... I could be a coon-cannibal...)

Well, if you go to Alabama, I hear coon is a specialty there. Especially road-kill.

Ew nasty. hmm We kill deer if we hit them with our car here and eat then them but it's always on the spot and fresh. The way my grandfather put it is this. If it's gonna bust up my car I might as well get a steak out of it.

Personally I believe that no matter what kind of therian you are you shouldn't be craving what that animal eats or wants. Our bodies are still purely human and require and want only what a human body would need

Re: any food problems?

If we're talking about nutrient deficiencies, it is entirely possible that a lot of therians are anemic. I think that a good amount of the general population is anemic. And there are a lot of other vitamin/mineral/or other nutrient deficiencies that people can suffer from. Food just ain't what it used to be. But green veggies are also rich in iron, not just steaks and other meats.

Seriously, though, don't underestimate the power of PLACEBO.

Re: any food problems?

Sorry...

Back on Topic...
Their are numerous genetic problems that cause rapid use of vitamins and minerals in the human body. Me personally, my body uses protein much faster than normal. That would explain the cravings, if not like the rest of us said, deficiancies.

Playing doctor with your childhood best-friend-forever doesn't count as legitimate medicinal recordings.

IT IS AN ACTUAL MEDICAL CONDITION!!!!!

I have to eat at least 22 grams of protein a day or I risk muscle damage

Re: any food problems?

Cravings are complicated but one source of cravings is the body wanting a certain nutrient.

A reason for fasting is that, if you clean the body up and reset it, it will be able to tell when it needs certain things and cravings will actually mean something.

Re: any food problems?

Im just fine with eating vegetables and anything i eat... lol

As for hunting and killing animals and eating them raw... thats a no no on my part. I am more of a person who likes to give chase to things that bolt. Im not much of a killing poor little innocent animals. Although I do love meat. Im just not one to butcher it. But like in all my sciences classes I love dissecting things, shite like that dont bother me. Am i getting off topic? my bad..

BTW I HATE CHICKEN... I eat way too much of it so now im tired of it. unless its from a carnicería then i gotta have it.

So is that like religious fasting with no food at all or just bread and water for awhile? It seems like it'd take to long for the entire body to reset to avoid eating at all

OK, so since you have it, what's it called? I don't think this is an unreasonable question.

Re: any food problems?

That is true, but the doctor only told me that if I didn't eat a decent amount of protein a day, I could risk, like I said before, severe muscle damage. I asked him to explain it and he told me that my muscles require more protein to work than normal, so without a steady supply of protein, my muscles would be running on empty which could cause damage. In case your wondering, no it does not make he faster or anything else, it just makes me need high protein food, meat included.

I know that you probably don't believe it, but hey, I quit trying to convince you otherwise.

Actually the bodily clock is very easy to reset. One common way to 'cure' jet lag is to wait until the appropriate supper time of the new area you are in, then eat like you normally would.

I didn't say I didn't believe it. I just wanted to know what it was called. A cursory google search has bought up nothing.

Re: any food problems?

All it is is a faster protein use. It's similar to a diabetic...only with protein.

Re: any food problems?

Diabetics don't use insulin faster, they actually have no insulin at all. Their pancreas is dead. So, to say it is similar to diabetics, you must obviously mean that your muscles are dead?

Re: any food problems?

I said similar...not the same. I mean when the pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin. My mom is that kind of diabetic so I know what I'm talking about.

Re: any food problems?

Okay, sweetheart.

Anybody here get that painful burn of food in/near your nasal cavity in the back of your mouth? It is so annoying, and I can't tell if I'm eating food too fast or am just plain stupid in swallowing....

off-topic; I just made a dirty.
