Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

nooooo...yikes

not on my new computer!!!!! ::covers computer with arms and growls:: mad

no, it's the software that's being stupid, not the computer. The morph software is so old that it's minimum requirements are IBM PC or compatible, 486/66 or higher, 8 MB of RAM, 10 MB of hard disk space...

wow that's hard to comprehend...

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

Use it on the software, lol. Probably impossible, but it's a nice thought wink I totally don't understand technical aspects, lol. It always irritates me though when I try to install something on my computer (which runs Windows ME) and it needs something higher than Windows 98 mad Ticks me off. Friggin thing.

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

Windows ME?!.... BAD!

ME is possibly the worst thing you could be using right now...it's unstable, FULL of bugs, and there's tons of compatibility problems between ME and other windows versions.

if I were you, I'd install Windows 2000...my old computer ran windows ME until it had an epileptic fit and had to be upgraded to windows 2000...best thing I ever did to the computer...

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

Yeah, mine freaks out every once in a while. Ticks me right off, but I'm usually on my laptop now (it runs Windows XP). What really irritates me though is how ME is almost *exactly* like Windows 98. It's just repackaged. Freaking crap. Ah well. 8 months and I'm out of high school, out of the house, and in college with my lap top big_smile

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

okay...done with the first chunk of the animation...I think, it's not letting me combine multiple morph sequences...I'll get it working...

in the meantime, enjoy my other pictures...or order a pizza...or see a movie...or something...big_smile

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

::raises an eyebrow::

okay...well I did submit the picture to the art section...

as for the animation...it might not happen... the photomorph software I was using doesn't respond well unless the images are pretty similar... otherwise it simply can't do a smooth transition...if anybody knows of some good photomorph software (I bought this one for $5), I'd be glad to know where to get it...

but I'll have time to work on some new stuff now big_smile

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

well, here's a shameless repost for anybody new here...and there seems to be a lot of new people recently...

first werewolf pic:
http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/6161/wmcpo9.th.jpg

Dragon pic that I drew a while ago:
http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/2897/dragonfi6.th.jpg

here's another dragon...
http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/5041/drgkf9.th.jpg

and this one literally started out as a scribble that just *happened* to look like a muzzle, then it turned into a face, then I kept going to see if I could do a background. I didn't like it that much...it looks too much like my first one and this next one...
http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/7269/wmbckil1.th.jpg

yet another one, experimenting with some shading and stuff...
http://img73.imageshack.us/img73/2802/wm4ee3.th.jpg

Here's a transformation sequence...MarkOne wanted to see me do one...so I did...

sorry for anyone with a small monitor, it's huge.

yeah, gimp can be kinda hard to use at first, but eventually, you get used to it. i'm lovin' your custom wolf smilies. nice work, bw.

oh. and i love your werewolf drawings, howlitzer. especially the colored verion of the first one. nice stuff you got there.
