Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

Thanks everyone big_smile

well, I'm still working on the mask....nothing major right now, I'm taking my time. Probably I'm going to get some Crepe Hair, iron it out, cut it into shorter pieces, and glue it on for fur instead of getting sheets of faux fur...

Crepe hair, btw, is about $4 for a 2 foot rope of the stuff....not too bad considering how much faux fur can be.

In the meantime, I'm working on a couple new pics.

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

Thanks everyone...

and here's another new pic. It isn't the other one I was working on earlier....I was partway through that one earlier today , then kinda just stopped, grabbed a new piece of paper, and this came out. Pretty quickly I might add. hmm

This, if anything, is one good reason to NOT open the bathroom door when asking your roommate "you okay in there?":

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

That's really cool Howl! I love the hands and feet smile

It reminds of this one time, I was on a trip with a whole bunch of people my age and we hanging out in someone's hotel room. One of them was in the shower and for some reason we talking about the bathroom and the people who had the room were like "Yeah, you could check ours, but it's kinda busy...." and one of my friends (thinking they said it was "kinda messy") was like "Whatever, can't be messier than ours" and opens the door! yikes lol The other person was in a towel and screamed and then my friend slammed the door shut.

I kinda want to put your picture on the bathroom door to the bathroom in my dorm room, lol! I like the ripped pants as well. They came out really cool cool

hah! lol haven't thought of doing that!

yeah, feel free to use it as a bathroom door sign. You might want to wait a bit though, I'm going to do some more work on it, maybe color it.

or even do a version with lettering for you....in which case, what should it say?

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

Oooh!! big_smile

I'm not entirely sure what it should say.... Gah, I can't think of anything witty or anything better than the obvious "Do Not Disturb". I bet someone'll have something good

how about:

"Do not disturb---or face the consequences"

"Unexpected visitors may meet an unpleasant demise"

hmm...any others?

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

eh, I'll make both

not too hard to do. The "out of order" one would be better for the bathroom, the "unexpected visitors" one is better for your bedroom or dorm room door.

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

Yeah that looks very cool. What else do you plan to do with this drawing? Will you colorize it?

Looking at the drawing gives me an idea to do a story based on it. Give me some time to work on that.

Re: Howlitzer's werewolf art

well, I can't decide on the colors. So, go ahead and tell me which ones you like more, or what background color/texture you want to see... I can change them quite easily on photoshop.

I like the 3rd, 4th and 6th the best (with the grey and orange backgrounds).
