Re: The Artistic approach of Werer made public

*claps* Good stuff werer.  I like the one of the wolf puppy.  So cute!!  Nice work on the colored picture too.  Tell me is he falling down or reaching up?

Re: The Artistic approach of Werer made public

not literally! Just reaching out along the ground, it's been a hard picture to get right, i've never done that kind of perception drawing before, let alone cooured, so it's not so bad considering i've never coloured my pictures before. And the drawing is more cartoonish than my previous drawings, i couldn't get a realistic snarl! I'll have to work on that

Re: The Artistic approach of Werer made public

you sure? it breaks away from my traditional realistic drawing (if i can call my previous ones realistic) and went cartoonish.

See how his fist is almost as big as his head? That's foreshortening. If you look at your piccie again his arm and paw are huge compared to the rest of him. It's a very dynamic effect, and alot of fun in your pic. smile

Re: The Artistic approach of Werer made public

another picture will appear here in about 5 hours from now, i have a feeling it's gonna be a shocker, but until it's put up, i won't know, haven't started it yet. but it will definately be a perception one, like the previous one, i'm practising, as i see i'm not getting the hang of it. Any feedback would be most welcome! big_smile

Re: The Artistic approach of Werer made public

here it is, and i didn't get time to finish it ( i never work on a piece of art for more than 2 hours at the moment, my brain can't handle it)  good thing it's only the background that isn't finished (i hope)

http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm126/WererStritchy/werewolfcliffhanger.jpg

This work of art is actually not that good, i had to rub out half of the sketch (1 hour, major pain) and it's another perception one (i told ya)

Very interesting!

Well, can you go back to finish the background after you have rested your brain, werer?
