Makes all my recent whining seem trite. Glad to hear you're holding up. *hugs!*

Thanks dude. I'm not a big believer in that whole 'don't feel bad because there are people more worse off than you' thing. You feel what you feel, you only have your point of view to go from, and it's important to let that stuff out and get it off your chest.
I'm sorry you've been having your troubles too dude, and it's a horrible thing to see someone suffering in hospital. Not to mention having to pick up dismembered cat parts - geez!
*hugs back*

Hi Midnight. Yeah, I'm very glad I was able to get out as quick as I did.
We're doing okay - the funerals on Wednesday, and that's going to be tough.

I'm guilty for feeling that way. I don't like to focus on bad feelings. I think about good memories when I get upset and that usually helps me...sometimes.

I can totally understand. But it is hard sometimes to look past the negative feelings. That is why I am thankful to have friends, especially here.

We had the funeral for mum today. It's funny, I didn't really cry cept for one moment when my bro cried giving the eulogy during the funeral, and when we played some operatic music when the coffin was in the ground. That's it. And now I feel exhausted and incredibly heavy. So I guess it must be catching up on me. It was a lovely day and send off anyhoo, and I was greatly buoyed by the incredible number of people who came who deeply loved mum. I felt her very close the whole time and think she was very happy with how it all turned out.
Thanks for being so supportive of me here everyone It means the world to me.

I can tell you like cats Or funny cat-related pictures
I don't really like cats, though I have one, myself. Mine are exceptionally cute, though.

My cat, Milo, is half the size of a normal cat. She's mentally retarded, which just makes her personality all the more lovable. She's obese, though we only feed her a scoop of cat food a day and some dry food. When she walks, he fat tummy sways back and forth and she woddles like a duck.
When she's being pet, she begins to drool uncontrollably and loves to suck my earlobe. She'll kneed my arms and fall asleep beside me.
Once she's fallen asleep, she has a little nose whistle, which rings everytime she breathes.
No one can beat that for cuteness.
