Answers to frequently asked questions...

how do i go about posting some pics?

To host images, you'll need an image host, Photobucket.com and Imageshack.us are two popular ones. Sign up should be simple enough. Photobucket is a bit easier to deal with I find. Imageshack does not require sign up. Just upload you images when you're all done with that.

Hope that was helpful!

I have noted that where some posts indicate, Moderator, Admin, etc. some folks have some catchy phrases ?

Is this something one does oneself and if so how ?

Or are there requirements for this ?

If this is not self done, is it OK to request something, and can I have the following:

Do You Believe In Magic ?

If you request it from any of the moderators, they can do this (I just changed you, enjoy!)

avatar problems... too big, is there any resolution to that?

The maximum width is 60 pixels.
The maximum height is 60 pixels.
The maximum size is 10240 bytes.
These are what were recommended.

I can see a new avatar for you. Sometimes you just need to refresh the page a few times, and it'll come up. Your browser is probably working off your cache.

how do i make a forum?

WolfMontana wrote:

You can't make a forum, but you can make a thread. Go to the forum the thread would be most relevant to, make sure noone else has started a similar thread by doing a bit of a browse through the topics, and if not just click on the 'Post new topic' link on the far right.

I'm on american Central time,is there a way for the forum's time to match my ltime?

Are pictures/images allowed in signatures here?

Hi, the time on the forum can't be changed, that clock was set up so that all forum members (from all over the world and on many different time zones) could have one clock/time to reference (that wouldn't ever change) so they can know when to meet up on here (we used to have a chatroom so it was very helpful then).

Due to space and suggested forum specs, pictures adn images in sigs are not activated.
