When I saw wolfsong's picture of Loopy DeLoop, I decided to do my version....
For who don't know him, Loopy De Loop was a character as created by Hanna-Barbera in 1959 but unlike the other H-B characters that was created for TV, Loopy's cartoons was actually released in the movie theatres by Columbia Pictures.
