I would have to say that I have two favorites. The first being Full Moon by Sonata Arctica and the second is The Howling by Within Temptation. I love the mixing of classic instruments with the modern ones and then the opera singing in The Howling.

I agree on the ones about Sonata Arctica and Timeless Miracle. TM's "Return of the Werewolf" is good too.
Then there's always "Wolf" by Iced Earth, too.
