Yeah! I say it's their best one!

You know what 'FEAR' stands for? It stands for 'False Evidence Appearing Real.' It's the darkroom where Satan develops his negatives.

Re: Wolf by Iced Earth

I find the work a very interesting song, but would have to differ in the opinion of it being the best. I think their Gettysburg Trio is their best work.

Re: Wolf by Iced Earth

It's one of my favorites, though I agree with Vindicator.  The Gettysburg Trio is amazing.

And Iced Earth is always changing members, heh.  Matt Barlow was the vocalist in Horror Show, but Tim Owens took over in The Glorious Burden and the album that followed that.  Matt Barlow is back (with a vengeance, even!) in their latest, though, The Crucible of Man.  I managed to track that one down a moon or so ago.  It got some baaaad reviews, but I'm enjoying it so far.

Re: Wolf by Iced Earth

I wasn't even aware of that album (gasp!) until I heard a track from it on Epic Rock Radio, a station online I listen to faithfully (which also plays a lot of WT and the like, by the way big_smile), so I've only heard it piecemeal.  I don't think I breathed at all the first time I heard High Water Mark.  Lately, someone on there has been requesting that one on a nearly daily basis.  I'm proud of him. big_smile

Re: Wolf by Iced Earth

Yeah, actually I was the exact opposite,  that was the only one I had ever heard, until I started to look them up, online. wink
