shakira's new song

"She wolf"by Shakira is suppost to be a new song about shapeshifting and lycanthropy.Thought you might want to know.                                                                                                                                                                                                          :-)

Re: shakira's new song

It's not my cup of tea, and it's rather odd to see Shakira singing a song with lyrics like that. Very unusual!

Not my thing really...still makes an interesting listen!

Re: shakira's new song

The lyrics are pretty good, the music is O.K. (in my personal taste of course), but that has got to be THE sorriest 'howl' I have ever heard. tongue

Re: shakira's new song

O-M-G, I though we had the Disco years put savely behind us.
Good damn, I remember a time when she was actually singing, what's up with that carp... sowwy... with that sorry excuse of a song!

*Blech*

Edit:
Is she really, whatever you want to call what she does there, a line that says -
"Im starting to feel just a little abused like a coffee machine in an office" ?? roll

Re: shakira's new song

when i first heard the chorus my head snapped to the TV so fast my neck cracked lol.

honestly i like the song. it's catchy, and although the dance moves are a bit odd they're unique. Shakira was my inspiration years ago to learn bellydancing tongue

Re: shakira's new song

She's quite attractive and is a great dancer but...

...when I hear that song...well...it's just one of those songs I hate so much, that it makes me angry when I hear it.
No offense to anyone that likes it.
I just really, truly loathe it.

Re: shakira's new song

Not a fan. Would have been a good idea for a song but bad music, worse lyrics and weird movements....nothing graceful like a she-wolf.

Re: shakira's new song

Re: shakira's new song

i just didnt like how she used she-wolf as a metaphor for being a whore who cheats on her boyfriend

I like it. Not the lyrics or the howl but everything else. It's catchy and the dancing is hot.

Shakira was on "Saturday Night Live" last Saturday night and sang the song.  Did anyone else see it?
