While this isn't a show that is about werewolves I think it's definatly worthy of a thread on here. If you want to be technical there is one episode that is dedicated to the werewolf legend.
Anyways the story evolves around a pack of gargoyles who is stone by day but come alive by night to guard their castle. However some fruity looking fella casts a spell on them so they sleep for 1000 years and wake up in New York. Kind of hard to describe shortly without making it sound ridiculous. But the show is ace I tell you!
It's funny that I had never heard of this show until like half a year ago. Turns out they have never showed it in my country, on swedish television. But then I learned of the show from a guy on MSN who said I'd probably like it so I downloaded all the episode and all I can say is WHOA. My new favourite show of all time. Although it's a cartoon intended for children it has the same dark storytelling as the batman cartoon had. Very well written, extremely well voice acted with a lot of recognisable actors like Keith David as the main character, Tim Curry as a deranged scientist, Clancy Brown as a viking and also a character named Wolf. [So yeah there's a bit of wolf nature in this show afterall].
Also it has damn near the half of the cast from Star Trek the next generation, which I think is a plus cause they all have terrific voices. If you haven't seen this show and get an opportunity to watch a few episodes, try it. I think it's quite enjoyable for anyone that has a bit of an animal in them.

I remember the episode where Foxy gets the "eye of odin" and is turned into werewolf... again, it's a pity that the show is intended for young audiences.
