i was wundering if anyone could post the best werewolf tranformation in a comic book of tearing out of clothing ?

It's difficult for me to answer this because I'm not too familiar with werewolf transformations in comic books. In fact, the only one that comes to mind for me was done by Werewolf by Night. The transformation was merely different phases of the transformation covered in increasingly tattered clothes, which wasn't that descriptive. there was a reverse transformation that the same thing, only without the change in clothing status.
Still, if I come across any, I'll let you know what I think.

Sorry, for I don't even have them with me, but I've seen some really kick-ass transformations in some of the Conan comics.
Don't even know the numbers or anything of the top of my head...

That's a fantastic question... and I can't fix on them too well for some reason. There was a run of Werewolf by Night, only it was in a Marvel Comics Presents (around the same time they did Weapon X, I think? maybe?) where Jack Russel makes peace with his wolf side. That had some pretty cool imagery. I... think? Erm... Never been completely happy with the way it's depicted in comics, as the majority seem to be snub nosed werewolves. Rayne from New Mutants had a pretty interesting one when she went completely bat-shite crazy after the Genosha thing... she changed and ripped... augh, forgot the bad guys name... 's metal neck apart.
Erm... Ooh... there's one I'm thinking of that was a snub nosed werewolf, but done really quite well, and it's an OLD comic that I read in Australia. One of the 'Fangs of Horror' I believe that that guy posted about recently. Story about a girl who's boyfriend is cheating with a gypsy-like lady. His mistress is actually a werewolf, and she plans on 'taking care' of his girlfriend. He realizes a little late, runs to the rescue and kills his mistress just as she's bit his girlfriend on the neck. In the final few panels, she's somewhat recovered and is just standing at the window staring up at the moon. He asks what's wrong and she turns and... well... you know the rest. That had pretty good pace, good detail. No color though!
Um. OOh! Also, I always enjoyed the way Art Adams did Rayne and her love interest in the Annual X-Men where Loki is trying to seduce Storm. That was good stuff, and when they were wearing the collars, they were some awesome looking wolves.
I shall have to think more of this

yeah that was it!!!!! RAts I was gonna pick Wolfsbayne from X-Force 2.
I can't remmeber if I read an indie comic or a small label comic. The girl's a singer or something and she's a secret vampire or vampire slayer and there's a white werewolf for that issue but there are several werewolves in the series.
