Re: Exanimis Den

Think about it. Your first change. (I usually don't think I'm a hawtie patatie BUT he does) A hawtie patawtie is willingly going ot let you finnish, you'd probably go a little hog wild with that!

The first most painful was when I was hanging about at my Oma's beach house (aka headquaters) and I saw this thing in the shadows. I went to investigate. It was (real shocker) a wolf. He was lost and drugged. He attacked because I approached from his injured side. He ripped into my chest and arms I still have a little scar on my hip from where he chewed me. I wrestled him down and he popped back up again and bit me with the intention of "turning me" I ripped off his left nut. and he was subdued after that. Slayers are technically allergic to wolf slavia it gives us a fever. It's like the flu only with cravings for raw meat and a lot of running.... Elling was supposed to be with me but he found me the next morning withering in pain. The wolf we adopted. We had been washed out to sea and tossed a little ways down the bank. I have never been so sick in my entire life!!

There is sorrow enough in the natural way From men and women to fill our day;
And when we are certain of sorrow in store, Why do we always arrange for more?
Brothers and Sisters, I bid you beware Of giving your heart to a dog to tear.

Umm,,,,,it's the excitement of the moment, it can trigger changes. Animals are emotional beings and that is something humans do not understand or accept.

As I have said before, your animal is an animal in every way. There is very little that anyone can do that will effect the personality of your Were but it can be done. What the two of you should do is take it slow and learn to pace yourself.

Try meditation. Not only can it teach you to relax but also how and when to change. As a slayer, being mostly human, I would advise that you do not watch his p-shift under any circumstances, no mater how well prepared you think you are.

so do you think that extreem ammounts of any emotion can trigger the change??

Yes I do but changing or not is not because of emotions or anything in your environment. What She ( the old black wolf) taught me was to believe. That's the only thing that can trigger a change. In a word, you must have "Faith"

AshenWolf wrote

Sure I did but at twelve years old you are not exactly prepared physically or mentally to act on it.

The thing about getting the crap beaten out of you several times a day is, after a while you begin to realize that you can take anything. At that point no one or no thing can hurt you. It makes you tough or it kills you.

I spent some time with a therapist a few years ago. He asked me during one session what it was that I was afraid of. He wanted to know what all the violence in my life had done to me.

I answered that I was only afraid of one thing. I am afraid that I will be the first person to live forever.

poor Ex? Don't pitty me for what made me strong.

i must say living forever would realy suck sad...what do we have to have faith in??...faith that we can change??
