That is linked directly to your computer. It must be an internet link, starting with HTTP. Find a website that hosts images and post it there, then post the link here.

It's a good start, but I'd suggest making the mouth-line just a bit shorter. Next I would work on detailing out the muscles, the natural folds in clothes, and shading.
