Arfarf....yer 14 years old, no semiliterate group of Therians is going to work with you until you get some age on you. You're a real legal liability right now.
To answer your other question or "how a pack works" - you're current pack is your parents and siblings. You can call your group of close friends a pack if you want. There's some slight differences in group dynamics with Therians but a pack is just a group of intimates.
Don't make such a big deal of it.
