Actually aggressive music can initiate a shift for me. If it is violent music I 'half shift' which basically means I mental shift but remain halfway in my human thought processes and halfway in my crocodile thought processes. It is difficult to explain and some of you might know what I am talking about. You know you have shifted but you still retain some of your human reasoning. I start to walk like I have fully shifted but I am aware that I have shifted. When I fully shift I usually do not realize that I even shifted until the shift is over. Anyways yes music does affect me.. very much so. Different types of music have the capacity to cause a shift. Usually any music that causes me to feel intense emotion can do so.
