Re: Do you believe in werewolves? If so why?

I Belive that the wolf is Inside of me. I Dont have to be able to shapeshift to know it. I think if we truly want, its within us. Yes we may feel like it needs to come out then let it out! Open your mind.

People are terrified of us, so, you know, if we look like them, they pretty much leave us alone....

Re: Do you believe in werewolves? If so why?

Well, I have seen things, enough, to know that we dont know everything, and I am a "skeptic". Giant birds, lake critters, that I have seen, and researched and interviewed enough with witnesses I know that people see things. I know credible people that have seen "beastmen". Merchant marines on lake superior, a nurse in Monroe michigan, fishermen on the west coast.
And well, I seen a case of deer women in the Cascades, where I witnessed two women change into, well deer.

Re: Do you believe in werewolves? If so why?

I believe that werewolves are the embodyment of the primal passion and ferocity that is nature. They exist to prey on weaker animals and in the process, aid in the process of natural selection. In most cases, the weaker animal in mankind, mankind has polluted and/or destroyed much of the modern world. Werewolves are meant to correct that by killing surplus humans.

Ehh, dunno how successful that'd be.  Humans tend to react pretty murderously when preyed upon.

Exactly why their aren't many of us/them left depending on your point of view. Humans have bypassed the natural order with technology and other things that have made them pompous and arrogant in general.

I'm one.  I'd not call myself arrogant.

Re: Do you believe in werewolves? If so why?

Stuff gets freaky when you hallucinate a black wolf beside you keeping you company. There were times I growl at things, I find it uncomfortable to come in contact with silver for extended periods of time, one time my mind turned feral when taking a shower which scared me. Do I believe in werewolves? Probably. If I was really that determined to find out I'd take a trip to the Wisconsin outback...  or research shape-shifting like so many other therians/were-enthusiasts.

What was the shower incident like?  Were there any other factors?

Re: Do you believe in werewolves? If so why?

I couldn't sleep for three days so I was already on edge. On the third night when I took a shower, I lost it. I fell on all fours, snarling and growling. It wasn't pain I was feeling, but an intense emotional rush. A couple minutes later I was normal but exhausted. Sorta like a therianthropic awakening. But I still have no explanation about my sensitivity to silver. hmm

All hail the mighty Placebo!

Seriously, though. The mind is a powerful thing. Pretty much everyone knows that werewolves are supposed to be allergic to silver. Maybe your sensetivity to it comes from that knowledge, and you are subconciously assimilating that into yourself, whether the legend is accurate or not.

Re: Do you believe in werewolves? If so why?

I always thought that was a possibility, interesting how that works. Although a friend of mine gave me a test. I was blindfolded and I touched a metallic coin between his knuckles. Without knowing I could tell that the object was silver just by feeling it. It was weird but probably still a coincidence.

Spot on...well kind of...there are small changes...that you have to look for...but you're right...nothing major.....but as for Mental Shift, and Astro...that is what ppl are seeing...it's the stronger of us that have been shifting for years and our energy is very strong and controlled.

I believe that everyone has an animal in them. Some people never have and never will be in touch with there's and some will accept and respect the ways of the one(s) inside them.

"There’s a little monster insie all of us, a little wolf-faced boy monkey that needs to be satiated. As people, we mustn’t ignore that monster.  If we do, we cheat our selves. We deny an emotion, a feeling."
