Sensing therians

So just out of curiosity does anyone ever seem to just feel when another therian is by or is that just me.... I didnt even think to post this until i was leaving the store today and i smelled the guy who walked past.... Therians have a.... Unique scent to me. smile any feedback, comments, or whatever would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks:)

I've heard therians referring to it as the "were-dar." I thought it could use a better name.

of course a lot of therians claim to see other people auras so they know when your aura shfifts

Still i meet 2 other therian in person and dont sense a thing

I am not Therian, but one thing I can say for certain, is that there is a distinct difference in "smell".  I lived with a Tiger, and his smell was quite different than the rest of our friends and family.  I can't explain it, but, I would almost say to the point of ferramonal (ok, my spelling is way off, big time).

"pheromonal" and that's probably exactly what it was. But that's not only Therians. Any atavistic human - that is, any human that shows physiological wildness is going to produce musk.

I don't think I've ever 'sensed' a therian on an instinctual level, but I know plenty of people who remind me of a particular animal in both personality and certain physical traits, even though they themselves don't profess to be therian. It's really quite fascinating IMO.
