Does anyone know what the heck is going on? Apparently these wolves don't fear humans and will attack them and form a pack of 20.

Well, the bit quoted from the Idaho Rep is real...ish. That second article replaces "killing" with "destroying", making 2,000 giant man-eating wolves, uh, more threatening...
The representative appears to be much more concerned with wolf-spread diseases and state's rights than hunting down monstrosities.

The prevention of diseases and population control I can live with. The whole "lustful killing" still sounds like exaggeration.

Oh, I don't doubt that some retarded congressman would say something that stupid. What I think is malarkey are the conditions described by the article in regard to "giant wolves," and their supposedly monstrous packs who bloodthirstily kill for sport. Come on.
