You'll do just fine. Just try your best...which I'd like to see too! If those previous pictures were mere 'sketches' ha! I shiver to think of what your best, most ferocious-looking werewolf would be!

Now, with the fan art submissions, I'm suspecting you guys just do everything youself before submitting, right?
Well, slave2moonlight, when I did last year's art for Bubba #6 (the fan-powered issue) , I didn't do the word balloons and the lettering because the Bubba crew did it for me (Double for the greytones)
So if you are going draw the art without the word balloons and lettering, just make sure you leave plenty of room for them or the word balloons will cover the characters' faces when added later. I often keep the characters low in the middle of the panels when they're talking.

much as others have said I have the making of a great comic writer.

Okay, okay...maybe there's just a touch of my ego added into that last statement....
A touch?

Hey everyone!
If you can't wait for the end of February for Bubba # 7....good news! Silent Devil Productions, the creators of "Silent Forest", "Silent Devils", and the upcoming "Dracula Vs. King Arthur" has just came out with new "Silent Forest" comic which is a Television Parody Special.
BUBBA THE REDNECK WEREWOLF is in one of the four stories! In a story entitled "Switching Spaces" where Bubba and Wunderwolf end up in each other's places. Bubba is in Silent Forest while Wunderwolf is in Cracker Country!
Unfortunatly, the story is a little too short since it don't tell much about Wunderwolf's time in Cracker Country.
But it is worth a look. The comic has a funny parody of "Smallville"
You can't miss it since Bubba is at the top left corner of the cover as well as in the back cover where Bubba and other guest stars are watching TV with A-Bear.
(By the way, Wunderwolf is not a Werewolf, he's all-wolf though he can walk on his hind legs and talk!)

Hello, Christian Beranek here, writer of the Bubba/Wünderwolf crossover "Switching Spaces". I have the pleasure of calling the Bubba crew my friends, and they were kind enough to let me use their amazing character for the Silent Forest TV Parody Special.
I the story is 8 pages long, so I did my best to include as much of Bubba as possible. I really like the way artist Chris Burke drew him and hopefully one day the two wolves will meet again in a longer adventure.
That being said, I am happy with the results and think that you will get a laugh or two from it and that Bubba fans will be pleased.
Thanks!

Oh. I really would like to see a "Special Extended" version of "Switching Spaces" a la "The Lord of the Rings" special extended DVD edition!

Well? What's wrong with that idea?

Can't have poor audiences staying so long they pass out during the movie!

Hey RedStreak and Cadre, just to let you guys know, I do plan on getting those comic samples along to you soon. I'm just a little tied up right now preparing samples for "Lycan Rising," which I'll be interviewing for next week and am pretty psyched about. I'm psyched about doing the comic work too though, so expect some samples from me soon. I've done some work with that already.

Great to hear, and I hope you get some great reviews! A comic sometimes takes time so don't feel any need to rush it.

No, RedStreak, I meant a longer version comic book story of "Switching Spaces", NOT as a movie.

Sorry...I guess I was thinking about my friend's reaction to the Lord of the Rings getting an extended version.

Good luck S2M!

That's all right, RedStreak, and besides there's nothing wrong with an extended version. I have all three The Lord of the Rings movies in an extended version. Whoo-Hoo!

True, but I'm only going to be impressed if Bubba gets his own movie.
