Oh, that picture isn't for the movie, it's just something they used to show a werewolf.

And you're right, you have seen it before. I believe it's from the cover of a book based on White Wolf's Werewolf Larp? I think? Meybe?

Yep, that's a painting by Clyde Caldwell and it was used on the Storyteller's Handbook.
