Hi everyone,
I'm a long-time horror fan and new to this forum. I believe that werewolves are too much in the shadows of other horror creatures such as zombies and vampires so I was randomly influenced to created a new werewolf-based web series. The show is titled "Angelic Wolves" and the trailer can be viewed here in this YouTube link:

I don't know. My problem is that when the visual effects are THAT "amateur", it is always a bad idea to show them... I mean, use the camera angles, darkness and "off-camera" to avoid this problem. The fact is that I don't really know if the guy is supposedly a werewolf, or just a guy with a werewolf mask, even inside the story. Or was that intentionally designed this way? Moreover, forget about lumberjack shirts. Add some beards, and your work would be easily become a party of werewolf clichés...

Thank you for your feedback. We we're going for a retro feel, trying to mix similarities of "The Wolfman", as well as modern films such as "Donnie Darko". We want it to be weird, errie, awkward... even a bit cliche. We understand its definitely not for everyone. Just a fun and experimental side project.

No, thank you for letting us appreciate your artwork. The werewolf material is always a difficult issue, for filming, photography, or even painting. And it is necessary a bit of fresh air nowadays, so go on with the project and we'll see how this ends. Think that even when the results would not be the expected, this is invaluable experience for your future projects... Good luck!!

Just watched episode 3. Very interesting story. I like the black & white cinematography, the storyline, and the interesting interview type of dialog between the main two characters. The actor playing the character Johnny is a natural for that part. I also like the calmness of the two characters and the natural setting. Nice job with these webisodes!
