I am the Hunter.
You are the Prey.
A pair made solid.
To last out the days.
You run and I follow.
But the pounding in your chest sounds hollow.
Are you afraid?
I'll give you a last bit of wisdom to ease the pain.
Listen close and hear the rain.
Remember it all.
Both Pleasure and Pain.
Never forget what makes life precious.
Because today is not your day.
Always remember how death came so near.
And live out your days without meaningless fear.

Reading that sent a shiver up my spine...a very good shiver though! I'm loving this, I think it's had a lot of effort put into it and it shows. Great job! I never saw myself as a fan of poetry, but I think you mighta converted me Fen! ^_^

Lol. Finale works as well.
Anyway this may surprise you Gremlin but I never write a poem that takes me longer than 5 minutes.

Woah, no longer then 5 minutes? Thats pretty cool! Maybe its just me who'd spend hours thinking about the first words or so lol!
I''m very impressed!

Thanks. I'm a poet at heart actually. But the Cafe is the only place I show my works.

Thank you.
I may post another one later today. I can feel a poem brewing in my mind.

sweet... i may post a Pokemon story in the non werewolf topics since this is werewolf stories and poetry...or i will make a were cat one haven't decided yet... what do you think?

I personally like the werecat Idea. It's so rarely done. And it wouldn't really matter if you posted your story here or not. It's simply the Stories section. After all the majority of my poems aren't werewolf related.
