I haven't been this lonely since yesterday
Forget about the blue sky, this one is cold and gray
And I don't know if I should tell you about how the sun feels
The middle of December is greeted like another day
And I'm fading away
So this is where you come from?
So this is what I'm greeted to?
All the things you said to me, were they true?
Why does it seem like I'm losing control?
Why does it seem like you never cared at all?
I haven't slept in almost four days
Haunting images just won't go away
And I don't know if I should tell you that I'm letting go
The middle of the afternoon is met by the snow
Here's the last picture that I took
There's the stoplight that turned to green
And now I'm wondering...

despair is a very powerful fuel for poetry, and as you may have already found out, writing it out can help with coping with what ever is a thorn in your side, at the moment. keep your chin up, it will be warm again. ^^
